A Word From Me
Hi, I’m David Featherstone the Director of TDF Group LTD. Having been around the care industry all my life with family members who had physical disabilities and chronic illnesses, when it came time to choose a Profession, the health sector was the ideal choice.
In my early 30’s I began training others on how to have a successful career
within the industry that I personally love, and I have spent 19 years working in.
Unique Approach
Training isn’t and shouldn’t be difficult.
It should be enjoyable, understandable, retainable, usable, applicable and explainable.
First Aid Training should give you the confidence to put it into practise.
De-escalation & Breakaway Training should be about preventative measures rather than reactive.
Health & Social Care Courses should be about bringing into training transferable skills and putting those into real life care examples.

Work Experience
A lifetime in varying caring roles from familial, to residential, nursing, secure and supported living, dealing with people with varying abilities, and ailments has taught me personally that everyone is different.
Therefore, we teach with principles that are bespoke and designed with your staff and customers in mind.
Principles fit a variety of situations rather than trying to deliver a one size fits all training course.
