TDF Offer A Wide Range Of Health & Social Care Courses
When the Care Act was first introduced in 2014 it's primary goal; was to unify and bring about a training curriculum for within the care sector to ensure that all staff understood what was acceptable and unacceptable.
TDF Group want to work with you, to help provide your staff with the face to face training they need to bring to life the various topics within the Care Act that you can't learn from E - learning, yes you can learn the theory, but the practical application unfortunately is sadly lacking, so is learning from people who have hands on experience within the room, people you can debate with, discuss with and even disagree with.
For too long we have been worried about confrontation, however, confrontation is why the manual handling has improved, why First Aid Training has improved, why people are now more likely to stand up for Human Rights, because positive confrontation actually helps solve problems.

What Is A Bespoke Course
Whatever you need it to be. It could be a full day on one topic, it could be several topics covered whilst dealing with one main topic.
For example a full day on Person Centred Care - Looking at one page profiles, what makes us unique, how to treat someone as an individual, how to understand someone who is non-verbal.
Or you could do a day all about Dementia, and along with looking at the signs and symptoms and other difficulties the person may have, within that day you could look at Dining in Dignity, Personal Care, Behaviours that Challenge, Equality & Diversity, Privacy & Dignity, Medication, etc etc etc
